ISO 9001/2000 is the latest version of the international ISO (International Organization for Standardization) quality standard. It is written so that it can be applied to all companies. Those registered to this standard must:

•	Correcting all problems and weaknesses in defined processes by a corrective and preventive action program
•	Qualifying all suppliers and service providers that have input into defined processes
•	Communicating with our customers in a planned and proactive way to define their needs and determine their satisfaction with our offer to them
