• Qualifying all suppliers and service providers that have
   input into defined processes
• Communicating with our customers in a planned and proactive way to
   define their needs and determine their satisfaction with our offer to

• Training our employees to carry out processes as defined and to
   identify ways to improve processes they perform.
• Using Statistical Process Control tools to better improve manufactured
   products.
